Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Certifications Requirements:

• Iowa CNA license
• BLS certification
• Successful completion of any other state-mandated training or competency assessment

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of LTC/SNF experience
• Proven responsibility and professionalism in healthcare settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM, schedule may vary)
• Must be physically capable of performing patient care duties
• Ability to adapt to a small, community-oriented, and close-knit team
