Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Completed Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or equivalent from an accredited program

Certifications Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in Arizona
  • BLS certification
  • IV certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or related settings
  • Experience caring for dementia patients preferred
  • Knowledge of EMR systems

Other Requirements:

  • Must pass Arizona fingerprinting and background check
  • Comfortable working night shifts (7a-7p) and rotating weekends
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to long-term care residents during night shifts.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident health status, treatments, and medications.
  • Execute IV therapy procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
