Requirements: MA Early Childhood & Elementary Education Certification Knowledge of Structured Literacy Instruction Knowledge of IEP and Team meeting process Adapt in analyzing student work/data, and differentiating instruction as needed Familiarity with Responsive Classroom and PBIS Strong behavior management skills Ability to collaborate and work with classroom teachers, special educators, and EL teachers
