Role: Long-Term Substitute Teacher
Grade Level: 4th Grade
Subject Focus: ELA
Duration: On August 18 through November 9
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for 4th grade ELA.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a successful learning experience.
Collaborate with fellow educators to align curriculum and teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
Valid teaching license for the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure).
Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum and best practices for teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students in a dynamic classroom setting.
