The Durand-Arkansaw School District is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Long-Term Substitute Teacher for the 5th grade at Caddie Woodlawn Elementary School. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are passionate about fostering a love for learning in young students.
Position Details:
- Role: Long-Term Substitute Teacher

- Duration: On or around September 28 through December 22
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for 5th grade Math.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a successful learning experience.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to align curriculum and teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license for the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong knowledge of Math curriculum and best practices for teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a dynamic classroom setting.
