Long Term Substitute Visual Arts Educator

Dover-Sherborn High School is seeking a Long-Term Visual Arts Substitute Teacher from 10/12/26 through 12/11/26. Compensation: $190 per day

Job Description: We are seeking a long-term sub for a two-month position that can continue our students' growth and progression through the curriculum during that time. We are looking for an individual who has prior experience overseeing art projects from conception to completion and can maintain the continuity of our art program.

Preferred Experience In:

• Delivering instruction across 2D and 3D art (e.g., drawing, painting, ceramics, or sculpture).
• Facilitating Digital Photography lessons, focusing on technical camera operation and composition.
• Providing technical feedback and grading for students at various skill levels.

Background Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Art Education is preferred Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience teaching AP Art and Design, Digital Photography, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite of Tools
