Responsibilities
Exceed internal and client KPI requirements and achieve best-in-class service delivery
Manage all local resources and functions including talent acquisition, licensing, training, and employee engagement
Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment
Manage and track operational and facility budgeting and forecasting
Assist with facility maintenance and vendor management including networking and equipment
Qualifications
Experience in operations management within a Medicare Advantage member acquisition or retention environment
Proven leadership and team management skills with emphasis on mentorship and professional development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
