This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring business needs are clearly defined and addressed. Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives
Analyze complex data sets and business processes
Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
Create detailed reports, presentations, and business cases
Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Qualifications
4–7+ years of experience
Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen
