Looking for dependable hours, a supportive team, and meaningful work? At Senior Helpers Southern Maryland, we have limited openings for caregivers who are ready to provide consistent, high-quality care and grow within a respected, top-rated agency. If you're tired of feeling undervalued or working inconsistent schedules, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We are currently hiring caregivers for a variety of in-home care assignments. Some opportunities require previous experience supporting clients with Parkinson's disease or other specialized care needs. If you have this experience, we'd love to hear from you.

At Senior Helpers, we don't just hire caregivers—we support and develop professionals who take pride in their work. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do, and we are committed to providing the training, communication, and support needed to succeed. We value reliability, compassion, and accountability. If you are someone who shows up, follows through, and truly cares about your clients, you'll fit right in with our team.

To protect our clients and our culture, we are selective:

• Do NOT apply if you view caregiving as "just a job."
• Do NOT apply if you struggle with reliability or attendance.
• Do NOT apply if you are not committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.

Preferred Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Experience caring for seniors in a home care, assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare setting
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention
Experience caring for clients with Parkinson's disease or other neurological conditions is highly preferred for select assignments
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to one-on-one care
