We're hiring Direct Support Providers to work 1-on-1 with individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across the Valley.
• 1:1 focus instead of managing a full caseload or classroom
• Ability to fully implement individualized goals (not just manage behavior)
• More meaningful connection and measurable progress
• Flexible scheduling - evenings, weekends, or full-time options
• A role that aligns with why you entered this field in the first place
• Implement habilitative and life-skill goals
• Support communication, behavior, and social development
• Provide consistent, individualized support
• Work directly with families in a home/community setting
• Help individuals build independence and confidence

• School-based support staff
• Anyone with experience in IEPs, behavior plans, or developmental disabilities
