Los Angeles - Investment Funds Associate

The Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis is currently seeking associates with two to six years of experience to join its Investment Funds practice group. The Investment Funds practice group represents private equity firms and other asset managers in the formation of their funds, GP stakes sales, secondary transactions and a range of other corporate transactional matters. Candidates with experience in fund formation, M&A, capital markets and other corporate transactional matters will be strongly considered.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP offers a competitive salary structure as well as a robust offering of benefits to all of its employees and attorneys. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
