Job Title: LOS Implementation Support Representative
Work Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long-term contract
Education/Experience Required: 2+ years mortgage experience; Experience with software configuration (LOS), workflow support, and troubleshooting

This role involves providing technical design and support for the custom configurations of our Loan Origination Systems (LOS). The individual will assist with building the software layout specified by users and ensuring the smooth operation of the system, which often requires a strong understanding of their workflows.

Responsibilities: 

• Address workflow issues with mortgage companies, provide software setup, and offer resolutions to streamline processes.
• Understand and support workflows across different department roles.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve problems.
• Communicate effectively with users, developers, and other team members, and collaborate on solutions.

Skills & Qualifications: 

• 2 years mortgage experience
• Call center experience
• Experience with software configuration (LOS), workflow support, and troubleshooting
• Analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and mortgage compliance knowledge
• Not a call center role, but requires making a few outbound calls and email follow-ups
• LOS experience required; PATH or Encompass is a huge plus
• Technically savvy, analytical, reliable/punctual, patient with customers, and a team player
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
