In a Loss Prevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by:

• Investigating stock discrepancies
• Identifying loss patterns
• Uncovering potential internal theft
• Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour
• Being a health & safety champion
• Removing opportunities for theft
• Ensuring a safe and secure store environment.

Our The Palms store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part time role and will involve working Monday 9:45am - 6:15pm, Thursday 5:15pm - 9:15pm and Sunday 9:45am - 6:15pm.

To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will:

• Have amazing communication skills, both written and oral
• Be confident and remain calm under pressure
• Be comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur
• Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.
