Guided by our mission, "Strengthening Our Communities; Investing In Your Success," we are looking for a motivated and experienced Loss Prevention Supervisor to lead our collections team while balancing operational excellence with exceptional member service.

What You'll Do

As the Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead the daily operations of the Loss Prevention Department, including collections, charge-offs, repossessions, bankruptcies, recoveries, and legal collection activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team dedicated to providing professional and compassionate member service.
  • Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and all applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Assist with complex member situations by negotiating repayment solutions and recommending appropriate collection strategies.
  • Monitor delinquency trends and identify opportunities to reduce losses and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain department policies, procedures, and workflows that promote efficiency and accountability.
  • Partner with leadership to identify portfolio risks and operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of collections, lending, or related financial services experience.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Knowledge of collections regulations and financial institution operations is preferred.
