 Loss Prevention Supervisor

The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the Loss Prevention team while ensuring the safety, security, and operational integrity of the distribution center. This role provides daily leadership, coaching, and direction to team members while promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

 Security, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain the physical security of the facility through routine patrols, inspections, and security monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
• Identify potential risks and collaborate with leadership to implement preventative measures.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to established procedures.

Investigations & Loss Prevention

• Develop and support shrink reduction and security control programs.
• Conduct and oversee investigations involving theft, loss, policy violations, and procedural concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of incidents and investigations.
• Assist with investigations involving serious policy violations and employee misconduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Loss Prevention or Security experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, shrink control, and loss prevention practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kronos, and related systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as needed.
