LOCATION
Fort Worth, Texas | Onsite (Hybrid opportunity after training)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $21.50/hour
• Duration: 12-month assignment
• Employment Type: W2 Contract
• Start Date: August 24, 2026

ROLE IMPACT
Help support the lifecycle of vehicle finance accounts by ensuring loan terminations, repossession activities, and account reinstatements are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. In this role, you'll work with highly sensitive account transactions that directly impact customers, business operations, and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process hostile loan termination cases, including involuntary and voluntary surrenders, skip charge-offs, and deceased account terminations while adhering to company procedures and legal guidelines.
• Assess repossession-related fees, coordinate vehicle assignments for auction, and ensure all required post-repossession and deficiency notices are issued accurately and on time.
• Process loan reinstatements by applying funds, reversing terminations, and coordinating title processing to support account restoration.
• Collaborate with Collections, Dealer Relationship Managers, dealerships, and other internal business partners to resolve account issues and support timely case completion.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy in a highly audited environment where attention to detail and compliance are critical.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in customer service, financial services, loan servicing, collections, banking, or a related business environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex processes while following established policies and procedures.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in auto finance, consumer lending, loan servicing, repossession, or collections operations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

TRAINING & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• One-on-one onsite training with a Subject Matter Expert during the first 1–2 weeks, followed by one week of job shadowing.
• Position is fully onsite during training. After successful completion of training and demonstrated independent performance, employees may become eligible for a schedule of four days onsite and one remote workday per week.
