Baierl Toyota, part of the Fortune 500 Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a Service Porter. Our Porters move vehicles and maintain an organized lot supporting the Service Department with traffic control solutions. Working together with the Service Staff, Porters strive to ensure customers receive a best-in-class service experience.
Who are we looking for?
Customer-focused, polished, and professional
Strong work ethic
Experience as a Valet or Parking Attendant, a plus!
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Ability to work weekends
18 years or older
What will you be doing?
Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Assist all customers promptly and professionally.
Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
Identify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.
Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the advisor.
Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
