Lot Attendant – Seasonal Opportunity
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking reliable and hardworking Lot Attendants for a busy seasonal opportunity with one of our valued manufacturing and mobility clients in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 3–4 month assignment during the company’s peak season, with the potential to transition into a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Move and park vehicles in a safe, organized, and efficient manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot

• Perform basic vehicle checks including fuel levels, battery status, and visible damage

• Stage vehicles for production, service, or customer delivery

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as needed

• Track vehicle locations and communicate updates with team members

• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Support other departments as needed during busy production periods

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable operating automatic vehicles safely

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Team-oriented attitude and dependable attendance

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a lot attendant, warehouse, automotive, or production environment

• Experience driving trucks, vans, or specialty vehicles

• Basic vehicle inspection or maintenance knowledge preferred

Schedule & Position Details

• Seasonal assignment lasting approximately 3–4 months

• Potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and business needs

• Full-time opportunity

• Safety-sensitive position
