Lot Attendant / Porter

Job Summary:
The Lot Attendant / Porter at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the dealership's inventory and lot organization. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the lot is clean, organized, and presentable to customers. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time - hourly position in the Auto industry with a pay rate of $15 per hour. The compensation will be paid weekly. In addition, the employee will have access to health benefits and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
-Transport vehicles between service drive, shop and parking lot
-Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service
-Basic lot maintenance (snow removal, trash pickup, etc.)
-Empty trash, some building cleaning
-Other job duties may arise based on needs of the business

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a dealership or similar automotive role preferred
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to cleanliness
- Basic computer skills preferred for record-keeping purposes
