Lot Attendant - Service

Tom Wood Lexusin Indianapolis, IN is looking for adedicated and energetic Service Lot Attendant to support our service team!  The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our operations and ensure our business operates like a well-oiled machine.  

Pay: $18/hour + Monthly CSI Bonus

Schedule: 4-day workweek consisting of four 10-hour shifts. Candidates must have flexible availability, including weekends. 

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive in the service lane.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service lane and lot.

• Parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles as needed.

• Assisting the team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and transportation.

• Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive dealership experience.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dealership and lot for everyone

• Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing.

• Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.

• - Have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
