This position is responsible for keeping vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers and the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventoryKeep the dealership lot clean, safe, and professionally presentedMove vehicles between departments and dealership locations as directedReceive, inspect, and check in incoming inventoryInstall stock numbers, license plates, window stickers, and other required materialsEnsure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and front-line readyAssist with dealer trades, customer deliveries, and vehicle stagingCoordinate with sales, service, detail, and management teamsReport inventory damage, missing keys, or location discrepancies immediatelyQualificationsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordDependable attendance and strong work ethicExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to work independently and take ownership of the lotAbility to work outdoors in changing weather conditionsAbility to safely operate a variety of vehiclesPrevious dealership or inventory experience preferred but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience and responsibility levelMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offEmployee discountsPaid trainingStable full-time employment with advancement opportunitiesScheduleFull-time position.
