May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrates ability to run small projects (2-5 electricians) effectivelyEstablish expectations and motivates crews to consistently meet or beat goalsConsistently completes projects on time, within budget, and in a safe mannerDemonstrates ability to complete basic paperwork (i.e., foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, timecards, etc.) in a timely mannerDemonstrates ability to obtain, organize, and manage materials effectively and develop as built documentationEffectively manages resources (tools, equipment, staffing)Perform LOTO audits, ensure the Faith LOTO Program is executed appropriately and accuratelyTrain and Mentor Faith employees and other trades in the Faith LOTO ProgramCoordinate activities for locking out, releasing lock outs, Energizations and Re-EnergizationsDemonstrates ability to conduct effective face-to-face evaluations with field crewsConsistently enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures (weekly toolbox talks, weekly safety audits, appropriate documentation, etc.)Maintains compliance with company policies; consults with HR and/or project management to ensure consistent corrective measures are taken and documentation completedDemonstrates excellent customer relations through utilization of effective problem-solving techniquesActively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriateHave an excellent knowledge of the buildings power system that he or she is tasked with overseeingBe able to focus and see through numerous tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrates a higher knowledge of electrical prints and how to identify redundanciesHas proven that they will always uphold the Faith safety cultureBe the go-to contact for all trades on the building and coordinate the upcoming tasksBreaks the job down into daily and weekly goals and determines appropriate deployment of resources and/or materials.Demonstrates ability to do advanced paperwork (i.e., Implementation & Release of LOTO)Has experience with complex and/or technical installationsKeeps technical aptitude currentAssist in coordinating activities for locking out, releasing lock outs, Energizations and De-EnergizationsPerforms other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee''s ability to perform the position described.
