Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience installing or servicing low-voltage systems preferred
• Experience with fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and networking knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely

Job Duties

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low-voltage systems
• Work with fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Educate customers on proper system operation
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Meet company quality and performance standards
• Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally
• Travel to customer locations as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to safely climb ladders and operate aerial lifts
• Ability to work in commercial and residential environments
• Ability to travel as required for service and installation work
• Ability to work overtime when needed
