    We're seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Installer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on technical experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality installations that meet industry and safety standards.

    What You'll Do

    The Low Voltage Installer provides reliable, high-quality customer support through installation, configuration, and maintenance of a wide range of low voltage systems. You'll ensure that systems perform at their best while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes and standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, set up, and configure healthcare-specific systems including nurse call, public address, resident wandering, infant abduction, CATV, and CCTV.

    • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and verification to ensure functionality and reliability.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate installations.

    • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to meet project timelines and specifications.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and inventory.

    • Provide professional customer service and clear communication with clients and team members.

    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

    What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or GED required.

    • Technical certification in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.

    • 1-3 years of experience as a low voltage installer or in a similar role.

    • Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting cable and low voltage systems.

    • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., working at heights, and using hand/power tools safely.

    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town projects.

    What Makes You Stand Out

    • Experience with IP-based systems or networking fundamentals.

    • Proficiency with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Server operating systems.

    • Familiarity with healthcare-specific systems such as nurse call.

    • Skilled in using various test equipment (e.g., multimeters, PA testing tools).

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    Compensation

    Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience, education, and certifications.
