Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support hotel low-voltage systems, including:
- CCTV & surveillance systems
- Access control & key systems
- Structured cabling & network infrastructure
- Telephone and TV systems
- Provide basic IT support, including:
- Network and hardware troubleshooting
- Coordination with vendors and service providers
- Ensure system stability and quick response to technical issues
- Maintain service records and follow hotel SOPs
- Support emergency repairs and on-call duties as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with low-voltage systems and IT support (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – required
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
