3c Business Solutions Inc is looking for skilled and motivated Low Voltage Lead Service Technician to join our growing team in Kaysville, UT. Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems including security, access control, surveillance, and structured cabling
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians on job sites to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Perform system programming, configuration, and commissioning for low voltage equipment
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan and execute efficient installations
• Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completion
• Diagnose and resolve system faults, performing repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of equipment and materials

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation and service
• Proficiency with security systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, & structured cabling
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Low voltage BICSI Certification or relevant certifications preferred
• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job site responsibilities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
