Security Project Manager – Physical Security / Low Voltage / Access Control<\/span>

We are seeking a Security Project Manager to support the delivery of large -scale construction and infrastructure projects focused on physical security, access control, low voltage, and network -integrated security systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

This role will oversee security -related scopes including CCTV, badge access systems, electronic locking, structured cabling, and integrated security technologies across complex commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of low voltage and security systems combined with hands -on project management experience.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>

• Manage the full lifecycle of security and low voltage projects from planning through commissioning and closeout<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Oversee installation and coordination of:<\/span>
  • Access control systems<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • CCTV and surveillance systems<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Electronic key locking and door hardware<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Structured cabling and low voltage infrastructure<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Network -integrated security systems<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, IT teams, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with design specifications and security requirements<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support testing, integration, troubleshooting, and final turnover activities<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain project safety, quality, and documentation standards throughout delivery<\/span>

    Qualifications<\/span>
    <\/h2>

    • 5+ years of experience managing security, low voltage, or access control projects<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of:<\/span>
      • Physical security systems<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Access control platforms<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • CCTV and surveillance technologies<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Electronic door hardware and locking systems<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Low voltage and structured cabling infrastructure<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Experience coordinating security systems within active construction environments<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project scopes simultaneously<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity with network -connected security systems and coordination with IT teams<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience with systems such as Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Honeywell, CCURE, or similar platforms is preferred<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required<\/span>

        Preferred Backgrounds<\/span>

        Candidates may come from security integrators, low voltage contractors, mission -critical construction environments, or large commercial/industrial projects with integrated security infrastructure experience.<\/span>
        <\/p>

        Experience supporting data centers, manufacturing facilities, airports, healthcare, or other high -security environments is highly desirable.<\/span>
