We're looking for a Project Manager, or a Project Coordinator ready to move into a full PM role, to take ownership of low voltage, CCTV, and access control installations across warehouse and distribution environments. This role owns the full picture of a project, including customer management, material management, labor management, and P&L performance from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of low voltage, CCTV, and access control installations in warehouse and industrial facilities
Own project P&L, including job costing, budgeting, and material forecasting
Coordinate material ordering, delivery timing, and inventory tracking to keep crews stocked and on schedule
Supervise and direct field technicians, set daily priorities, and hold crews accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standards
Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any issues
Review and interpret construction drawings and access control layouts
Manage change orders, RFIs, progress billing, and closeout documentation
Coordinate labor planning and manpower allocation across multiple active job sites
Track WIP status and support timely invoicing and collections
Apply working knowledge of access control fundamentals, including relay logic, to support system design and troubleshooting conversations with technicians and clients
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in low voltage, structured cabling, CCTV, or access control construction
Understanding of relay logic as it applies to access control systems
Comfortable managing customer relationships, material logistics, and field labor simultaneously
Ability to read and interpret low voltage and access control drawings
Familiarity with access control platforms such as Kisi or Gallagher is a plus, not a requirement
Strong organizational skills with the ability to run multiple job sites at once
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and standard project management tools
Stable, verifiable work history
Benefits and Compensation
Pay range $35 to $42 per hour, based on experience
Mileage reimbursement provided from day one
Ongoing paid training opportunities to build technical and leadership skills
Full benefits package outlined in offer letter following a successful interview
Why Work With Us
Consistent, high-volume project pipeline in warehouse and distribution environments
Real path from Project Coordinator to full PM ownership for those ready to take it
Investment in ongoing training rather than sink-or-swim ramp-up
Leadership that gives PMs real ownership over their projects, from customer relationship to P&L
