Low Voltage Technician

Dantek Systems is seeking two skilled and dependable Low Voltage Technicians to join the team. This role supports commercial installation projects, including both new construction and existing sites. Technicians will work with a variety of low voltage systems while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service low voltage systems, including:
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Security systems
  • Audio/visual systems
  • Access control systems
  • Phone, cable, and data wiring
• Work on commercial job sites, including new construction and retrofit projects
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Follow project instructions and complete tasks within established timelines
• Collaborate with team members or work independently as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work from ladders
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms
• Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics

Compensation

• $10.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience
