This role is ideal for field professionals who want steady work, high standards, and a real path into controls and leadership.What You'll DoInstall conduit, raceways, and enclosures; route cabling through trays and pathwaysPull, label, and terminate CAT5/6, fiber, and control/communication wiringRead and work from drawings and schematics to build to specificationPerform basic testing and support commissioning and troubleshooting effortsOperate lifts and work overhead as neededMaintain clean, organized, and code-compliant installationsFollow all safety requirements and jobsite protocolsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in low-voltage, structured cabling, or commercial electrical workExperience with conduit installation, cable routing, and terminationsAbility to read prints, schematics, and installation detailsValid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable working at heights and in active construction environmentsAbility to lift up to 50–60 lbs as required by the jobMust be 18 years of age or olderMust have OSHA 10 or willingness to complete on own timeNice to Have (Not Required):Data center experienceOSHA 30Exposure to controls, BMS, or EPMS systemsPay & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offOngoing training and professional developmentWhy JSETThis role is more than just installs.
