Low Voltage Cable Technician (Local Market | Omaha-Based)

We're hiring low voltage technicians based in the Omaha area. This role is primarily local, with occasional travel (up to ~50%) depending on project needs.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, field-based role. You will:
- Install and terminate category cable and fiber
- Work in hospitals, including ceilings, IDF/MDF rooms, and patient areas
- Read prints and follow project scope
- Test, label, and document cabling installs
- Work with a team to complete projects on time and on budget
- Travel to job sites as needed (primarily local, with some overnight travel)
What We're Looking For
- Experience with structured cabling (cat cable and/or fiber)
- Ability to work in active job site environments (ladders, ceilings, physical work)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently when needed
- Good communication with team members and leadership
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background checks required for hospital work
- Willingness to complete required vaccinations for healthcare environments
- Ability to distinguish colors (for cabling)
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
Travel Expectations
- Based in Omaha / surrounding area
- Primarily local work
- Up to 25-50% travel depending on project needs
