Job Title: Low Voltage Technician

Job Description: Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician for commercial projects throughout the Jacksonville area. Responsibilities include pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing CAT6 cabling, as well as assisting with low-voltage system installations. Candidates with access control experience are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Pull, terminate, label, and test CAT5e/CAT6 cabling
- Install and support low-voltage systems in commercial environments
- Read and follow project drawings and cable schedules
- Maintain accurate cable labeling and documentation
- Perform cable testing and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Assist with access control device installation and terminations
- Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts safely as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent low-voltage cabling experience
- Experience pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing CAT6 cable
- Commercial construction or commercial installation experience required
- Basic access control experience preferred
- Experience operating scissor lifts and/or boom lifts required
- Lift certification is a plus
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
