Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician for commercial projects throughout the Jacksonville area. Responsibilities include pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing CAT6 cabling, as well as assisting with low-voltage system installations. Candidates with access control experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, terminate, label, and test CAT5e/CAT6 cabling
• Install and support low-voltage systems in commercial environments
• Read and follow project drawings and cable schedules
• Maintain accurate cable labeling and documentation
• Perform cable testing and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Assist with access control device installation and terminations
• Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts safely as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent low-voltage cabling experience
• Experience pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing CAT6 cable
• Commercial construction or commercial installation experience required
• Basic access control experience preferred
• Experience operating scissor lifts and/or boom lifts required
• Lift certification is a plus
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
