We are currently accepting applications for a Low Voltage Installation Technician.

Job Responsibilities include:<\/b>
<\/p>- Installation
of low voltage cabling in new and existing buildings. The majority of our work is in existing buildings.
<\/li> - Installation and service of audio/video systems, security systems,
phone systems, custom audio/video solutions, wiring, cabling, component
rack installation, and other related technology equipment
<\/li> - Review
and understand project designs prior to installation
<\/li> - Manage
and complete installation work order and punch list
<\/li> - Independently
troubleshoot and work to resolve installation or equipment operation problems
<\/li> - Interact
with customers, builders, and other trades in a positive, professional
manner.
<\/span><\/li> - Provide
ongoing customer support for existing customers
<\/li> - Occasional
out of town and overnight stays are required. The majority of our
customers are within the Twin Cities metro area; however, we do have
clients in out -state MN and WI.

- $18 - $30/hr depending on experience <\/span>

safely on ladders and lifts<\/span>

operate a variety of power tools and equipment<\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to work
in difficult environments including attics and crawlspaces<\/span>
<\/li> - Attend training<\/span>
<\/li> - Have a valid
driver's license and clean driving record<\/span>
<\/li> - Must pass
criminal background check<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul> <\/span>

Education and
Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- A Minimum of a
high school diploma or GED is required<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience
preferred but not required in the installation of residential or
commercial low -voltage systems such as access control systems, network
equipment, Audio Video equipment, security systems, telecom systems, CCTV,
etc.<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience installing,
fixing, maintaining equipment in commercial and residential buildings is
preferred but not required<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong
understanding of commercial and residential construction and framing are
preferred. <\/span>
<\/li> - Field experience
preferred but not required, we will train the right person!<\/span>
