Stambaughs Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Lowboy/Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Union Bridge, MD. Responsibilities:

• Operate lowboy and dump truck vehicles to transport heavy equipment, materials, and loads to and from job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Load and unload materials safely, following proper securement procedures
• Maintain accurate driver logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and crew members
• Adhere to all traffic laws, weight limits, and safety regulations
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Previous experience operating lowboy trailers and/or dump trucks strongly preferred
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements
• Experience with load securement and heavy haul transport
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
