Loyalty Partnerships_ Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid 3 days a week)
Role Overview
As the Project Manager for Loyalty Partnerships, you will drive the successful execution and delivery of highly visible loyalty partnerships. In this role, you will help translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. This position serves as the operational lead for partnership launches, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and implementation activities to deliver partnership initiatives on time and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of project, program, or marketing operations management experience. Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Experience building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting. Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management tools.
