Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed LPC to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities - Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current LPC-TX
- Professional Insurance
- Amazing if you have current clientele and will be migrating them over
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
