Ro Health is currently hiring qualified LPN/LVN's to join our staff and work in public schools all around Durham, Wake County, and surrounding areas!


Position Details:


  • Specialty: School Health, Pediatrics, Special Education
  • Locations available include: Durham, Wake County, and surrounding regions
  • Positions Available: Full Time 30+ hours/week
  • Shift: Varies, anywhere between 7 AM - 3 PM
  • Days: Monday through Friday, no holidays, weekends, or nights
  • Target Start Date: 26-27 Fall Semester | August 24

Responsibilities may include:


  • Working 1:1 with a patient directly in the school with one or more of the following conditions (G-tube, NG Tube, trach, catheter, diabetes, seizures, Cerebral Palsy)
  • Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care
  • Assist in providing a safe environment for the client
  • Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
  • Assist with lifting, transporting, and diapering as needed
  • Assist with ADLs as needed
  • Providing coverage during busing as needed

Requirements:


  • Active, North Carolina Nursing License (Compact License Accepted)
  • NCSN is a bonus!
  • Passion for excellent pediatric patient care!

  • Seizure Disorder Education
  • Diastat Administration
  • Insulin Injections and Pumps
  • Diabetic Management including Carb Counting
  • Medication Administration
  • G-tube Feedings
