LPN 1:1 - trach experience

We are seeking a compassionate and experiencedLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to provide1:1 care for an elementary studentin Hampton, GAfor the upcoming school year. This role involves supporting the student throughout the school day as well asproviding care during daily transportation to and from school.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous 1:1 nursing care to a student withcomplex medical needs

• Manage and monitor:

  • G-tube feedings

  • Tracheostomy (trach) care

  • Seizure activity and response

• Assist with allactivities of daily living (ADLs)due tofull dependence

• Ride the school bus/van with the studentto and from home daily

  (Transportation time is fully paid)

• Collaborate with school staff and follow individualized care plans

ActiveGeorgia LPN license

• Experience with:

  • G-tube

  • Trach care

  • Seizure monitoring

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred (but not required)

• Meaningful 1:1 impact with a student in need

• Consistent, full-time schedule

• Paid transportation time(ride included in workday)
