Schedule:
- 12-hour day shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 1 day per week
- Alternating Sunday & Monday
- Weekend differential offered
What You'll Do:
As an LPN on our Assisted Living team, you'll provide hands-on care and clinical support to our residents:
- Perform nursing assessments and oversee resident care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and charts
- Assist with care planning and service updates
- Support infection control and quality standards
- Provide guidance to caregiving staff
- Communicate with residents, families, and providers

Job Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors or assisted living communities is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and support caregiving staff
- Basic computer and documentation skills
