A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Remote. The (LPN) will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
• The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour- weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is work hours varying between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central Time (regardless of candidate location)
• Mandatory overtime based on business needs
• 100% Remote / Work from Home – Non-patient facing
• Training is mandatory for 6 weeks: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT

Responsibilities:
• Review criteria-based prior authorizations following policy and procedure
• Provide internal nurse support to the Prior Authorization team and Member Services department
• Refer cases not meeting clinical criteria to Pharmacists and Medical Directors
• Process prior authorization requests accurately and efficiently
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with pharmacies, providers, healthcare staff, and members
• Communicate referral and authorization status to physician offices and healthcare partners
• Complete case documentation, reporting, and data entry accurately within multiple systems
• Process faxes and assist with follow-up communication related to authorization requests
• Support high-volume workflows while meeting productivity and quality metrics
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
• Adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attend required trainings and participate in team development activities

Requirements:
• Active unrestricted LPN/LVN license in state of residence or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience as an LPN/LVN
• Prior Authorization and/or Case Management experience required
• Experience in managed care or health plan environments preferred
• High-volume call center experience in healthcare strongly preferred
• Experience working in a production and metrics-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems
• Digital charting / electronic documentation experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Must have a private, quiet workspace suitable for handling PHI
• High School Diploma or GED required

Education:
• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Required: Active unrestricted LPN/LVN License
