Description: Our client is currently seeking a Licensed practical nurse

Schedule- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform patient triage, including assessing patient symptoms, vital signs, and urgency of care to prioritize treatment appropriately
• Record and update patient medical history and clinical information accurately in the system
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to physicians or appropriate healthcare staff
• Assist with basic clinical procedures and support providers during patient care
• Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their condition, care plans, and follow-up instructions
• Ensure a smooth patient flow by coordinating with front desk and clinical staff

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active LPN license
• Prior experience in clinical or patient care settings, preferably involving triage
