Job Description:

Mercury Group Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long-Term Care (LTC) to join our team in Moses Lake, WA. This local contract position offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.

• Assess residents' health conditions and develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and document residents' progress and responses to treatments.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar setting.

• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
