The LPN Assessment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality care and services for the community residents. The role is supervisory with oversight of both professional and non-professional team members in the nursing department. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical reimbursement processes and procedures for Medicare and Managed Care systems and the RAI process to support the organization's goal of providing high quality care and quality of life by using good clinical practice within a compliant and ethical culture.
