Clinical Care & Medication
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and document changes.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems (PCC preferred).
- Transcribe physician orders and update care plans accordingly.
- Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing assistants on your shift.
- Conduct rounds to ensure quality care and adherence to procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in Arizona (unencumbered).
- Current CPR certification.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR systems (PointClickCare a plus).
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, hands-on caregiving environment.
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Subject to exposure to infectious materials, chemicals, and emotionally demanding situations.
- May require working evenings, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies.
