What Youll Do:
Provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, under the supervision of a registered nurse
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Perform assessments, gather data, and facilitate planning and evaluation of patient needs
Ensure safe and effective care tailored to patient age groups
Communicate professionally with patients, families, and team members
Adapt to changing clinical environments and patient needs
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
What You Need:
Required:
Current LPN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
2+ years of clinical nursing experience
Preferred:
IV therapy certification
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
