Pay Rate: $34–$35/hour

We are seeking experienced LPNs with nursing home / LTC experience to join a dedicated healthcare team. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to provide quality resident care in a supportive environment.
Requirements:
Active NYS LPN License
Minimum 1 year nursing home / long-term care experience REQUIRED
Strong clinical skills and professionalism
EPIC experience a plus
Available Shifts:
Days: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
Every Other Weekend
Weekend-only roles available
