    LPN Burnout Squad - Shifts are Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's ONLY

    Job Summary:

    As a member of the LPN Burnout Squad at American Medical Administrators LTC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

    As a dedicated and compassionate team member, you will work alongside our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.     Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
    • Provide daily care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care
    • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
    • Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as directed by licensed staff
    • Engage with residents through recreational activities, hobbies, and one-on-one interactions
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress

    Requirements:

    • LPN license required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed
