Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part Time

Lacamas Creek Post Acute

Pay: $36.00 to $46.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Assess residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team and physician

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care

• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and their families

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Washington

• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills

• Compassionate and resident focused approach to care

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team

• Reliable, professional, and dependable
