What We're Looking For
We are seeking a nurse who:
Has an active South Carolina LPN license.
Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Leads by example and fosters teamwork.
Communicates effectively with residents, families, providers, and staff.
Has experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or senior living.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
A Day in the Life
As our Resident Care Coordinator, you will:
Conduct resident assessments and oversee service plans.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
Support medication management and monitor resident outcomes.
Lead and mentor care staff.
Participate in resident rounds and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Partner with families regarding resident care needs.
Help create an exceptional Assisted Living and Memory Care experience.

Full-Time
Monday-Friday
On-call/Manager-on-Duty rotation as needed
